Keoni's Teak Flooring & Decking products are milled and processed in a state of the art 174,000 square foot facility, located adjacent to the plantations. Our teak flooring is produced in unfinished and pre-finished choices. The teak is carefully selected and made under technical supervision with strict quality control standards, using top of the line machinery and a specialized workforce.

Moisture: The flooring to remain structurally sound under normal moisture conditions, if the maintenance and installation guidelines are properly followed.
Finish: Our "Ultra-Wear" factory applied UV cured surface finish on the pre-finished hardwood floor will not wear through or separate from the wood for 25 years, from the date of purchase, when used under normal residential traffic conditions or as long as you follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance procedures.
